The next Club meeting is Monday September 3rd at 7:30p in the Sisseton Room at the Holiday Inn. Anyone and everyone is encouraged to attend.
We approved the purchase of a John Deere side x side at the last meeting.
We also discussed a couple material estimates for a potential cold storage shed. Doug H. provide some good information on what will be required per code and we should be looking for when requesting estimates.
Fall is just around the corner. I saw some beans just starting to turn. That means it is time for… Trail Maps!!! We divided up a number of the contacts at last meeting, but there were still quite a few opportunities left open. If you have some time to contact a couple businesses please reach out to Greg Gellert and he will let you know who still needs to be contacted. It is pretty simple this year with no races planned. $50 for a map ad or $200 to sponsor a trail and map ad.
We also have a couple of bridges that are going to need some attention with all the water we have received this Spring/Summer. We already know of one that is sitting on the bottom of the drainage ditch 50’ downstream. Keep an eye out for emails regarding work days. We will try to give as much notice as possible.
