I played hooky this afternoon and checked out the different locations where we go through trees.
Behind what was Unkes there is a couple of trees that need to be cut. The biggest issue is the piece of wood on the trail left when the water went down. Also we need to find the culvert goes under the trail as it is totally plugged up and has created a new path across the trail. So shovels well be need to try and unplug it.
Behind Kosbabs there is a fair amount of debris on the trail and 2 trees down across the trail in one place.
Behind Gerkens there is a fair amount of debris on the trail and at least one tree down as I did not get all the way through the trail.
The rest of the locations are OK at this time and should be ready to groom. We will be scheduling a work day in the near future and will need as many helpers as possible to clean up the trails. Please watch your email and plan on helping.
